This paper presents the main stages of the analysis of dynamic stability of foundation soils buildings and structures increased responsibility in difficult engineering-geological conditions. The article contains a brief theoretical background used methodology for assessing the dynamic stability. The results of the special laboratory tests of soils in triaxial compression devices under dynamic loads caused by seismic action performed in the scientific and educational center «Geotechnics» MSUCE.
